Jam Vape Co is made by Juice Sauz a UK company based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. They have several ranges but this one is a three juice range, 80VG/20PG mix.
I first met the guys from Juice Sauz at Cloud Sessions 4 in Birmingham (if you’d like to check out my visit then click here).
After this event Juice Sauz contacted me and I did a review for them, you can check that out by clicking here.
I have met Juice Sauz at a couple of events since then, Vaper Expo UK, The Return (check out my visit by clicking here) and most recently the Vaper Expo UK, The Big Weekend which was an excellent event (if you would like to check out my visit please click here). I spoke with Sean about their new ranges and he gave them for the purpose of review, three juices from Baked (check out my review by clicking here) and three juices from Jam Vape Co, which is what I have for you today.
Both these ranges are Shake and Vape juices, so for me to review them at their full potential I bought the nicotine shots to go with the 0mg e-liquids.
With no further a do, I’ll get on with the review.
- Joyetech Cuboid 150W @ 70watts, Geekvape Tsunami 24 with Dual Clapton 0.8ohm coils, wicked with Kendo Cotton
- Aspire Pegasus 70W @ 40watts, Aspire Triton2 with Clapton 0.5ohm coil
- Innokin CoolFire plus 70W @ 40watts, Aspire Cleito with 0.4ohm coil
Scent: strawberry jam.
Flavour: I do like a slice of toast, so simple but so satisfying. From time to time I like to add some jam. With this juice I have found that it is more of a blend than layered, which is maybe what I was expecting. The jam and the butter come across very much together, making the jam more creamy in a buttery way. I think I would like a little more toast in it. It is still a lovely vape.
On the inhale I get a strawberry jam that has been turned creamy with butter. On to the exhale and the creamy jam continues through blossoming out and there are notes of toast in the back ground. It is not quite an ADV for me.
I think I would prefer it with a little less butter, just to let that jam ping.
VP Review Rating: 6/10
Scent: blackcurrant, hints of butter.
Flavour: as with the juice above, this juice I have also is more of a blend than layered. Though I have found the jam comes out a lot better, which I like. But, I would still like a little more toast in it.
On the inhale I am immediately hit with a rich blackcurrant jam which continues to grow into the exhale. On the exhale the creamy butter blends in with the jam and there are the back notes of toast. An ADV for me.
VP Review Rating: 7/10
Flavour: so, for me marmalade is a zesty, slightly bitter sweet flavour and for me this juice is more like a really bold juicy orange. I like it I really do, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. I think the orange they have put in it is one of the best I’ve tried.
The orange is lovely and bold in this juice, which I like. But, I would still like a little more toast in it.
On the inhale I get a bold orange that builds with the butter just hinting right at the back of the inhale. On to exhale and the orange just explodes across my palate with buttery tones and back notes of toast. An ADV for me.
VP Review Rating: 8/10
So to my conclusion, I find that Jam Vape Co. by Juice Sauz have brought three good juices to the market. All the juices are consistent and deliver a full-bodied flavour and produce some excellent vapour. The juices are really good vapes and good flavours, but I have found myself wanting a little more from them. Toast being my main issue, just wanting that little bit more.
I have found it rather odd, that I love to eat a really buttery piece of toast, I mean I love butter. I am always told off by my wife about how much I consume. But trying these juices I’m not sure that I want to vape that much butter. Which is why they are more occasional vapes and not ADV’s for me. I’m really impressed with the orange in the Marmalade, really striking.
The samples I received came in large bottles with child safety cap and a unicorn style attachment, with 0mg nicotine juice and then came in boxes. They are all TPD/TRPR compliant. There is some great simple but affect designs with the labeling which makes them stand out. Juice Sauz have a great website which is clear and easy to navigate.
